We found this place by chance - and instantly loved it! The Charly Cafe and Restaurant is stylish, with a cozy reggae vibe and great music. The food is delicious and beautifully presented
I had dinner at this wonderful restaurant and was very pleased. The hospitality and warmth, the delicious traditional food, the atmosphere, and the music made it a fantastic evening. I recommend it to anyone who wants to pamper themselves while enjoying excellent traditional Sri Lankan dishes.
